Fantastic guide in case you mess up your buildprop!
Not sure if it was mentioned, but make sure to Mount SYSTEM from your recovery options. I was not able to get some steps to work until I mounted system.
Saved me some time from having to reflash for sure.
    Thanks Louis!

You can YouTube search “change dpicon Android” and do this without root.it works fine but will break Android and Sammy Pay because once the dpi changes the pay apos think they’re not capable but all you do it re-adb back to the stock dpi and reboot and they work fine. Takes 30 seconds for a minimal download and typing one sentence and entering targeted dpi and reboot. Done. Sid it back and forth on my S7 Edge (got it Monday from pre-order) not a single issue just watch the 1+ minute video on when to put in cmd line and reboot. No root needed. Hell tjerenisnt a root yet for the s7/edge. I run at 520 with 10×7 icon layout with 70%/icons throughout. Much less wated screen space like on stock.
